Should any player be unhappy with a wage deferral, he could invoke a 14-day notice clause in his contract if he feels there has been a breach of its terms and conditions. However, as players are not permitted to move outside of the transfer window, this option could be seen as counter-productive. 7:05am Wednesday 20th February 2008 Print  Email this Comment .b_box { border: 1px solid #D7D7D7; background-color: #EEEEEE; color: #000000; padding: 5px; width: 500px; } .b_box img { border: 1px solid #D7D7D7; padding: 5px; background-color: #ffffff; } .b_box a, .b_box a:visited .b_box a:active { color: #000000 !important; } .b_box a:hover { color: #FF0000 !important; } .msg_div { padding: 0px; width: 500px; clear: left; } .entry { border-left: 1px solid #D7D7D7; border-right: 1px solid #D7D7D7; padding: 5px; width: 500px; } .entry2 { border-left: 1px solid #D7D7D7; border-right: 1px solid #D7D7D7; padding: 5px; min-height: 80px; } .b_entry { border-left: 1px solid #D7D7D7; border-right: 1px solid #D7D7D7; border-bottom: 1px solid #D7D7D7; padding: 5px; width: 500px; } fieldset { margin-top: 10px; border: 1px solid #D7D7D7; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; padding: 0px; } legend { padding: 2px 6px; color: #000000; background: #EEEEEE; border: 1px solid #D7D7D7; font-weight: bold; margin-left: 10px; } .headcell { text-align: center; color: #000000; background: #EEEEEE; border-bottom: 1px solid #D7D7D7; } .headcell a:link, .headcell a:visited, .headcell a:active { color: #000000; } .headcell a:hover { color: #FF0000; } .caltab { border: 1px solid #D7D7D7; margin-top: 5px; } .year_daycell { text-decoration: underline; text-align: center; } .year_fullcell { background: #EEEEEE; border: 1px solid #D7D7D7; } blockquote { border: 2px outset #D7D7D7; } .buttonclass { background: #EEEEEE; color: #000000; } .

The new HEDGE reference design platform integrates a HSDPA baseband modem (with world-class application, audio and multimedia processors) and a Category 8 HSDPA modem (that delivers 7.2 Mbps third generation (3G) connectivity for advanced applications) on a single monolithic chip.
Ten Tips For Super Tuesday
Remember what the expectations were going into today's voting. Super Tuesday was supposed to "seal the deal" for Democrat Clinton. Barely a week ago, she was still far ahead in the polls nationally and in most of the key Super Tuesday states except Obama's Illinois. If Clinton does not finish the day at least marginally ahead of Obama in key states won and delegates totals, it'll be a setback for the former First Lady. Similarly, McCain has been pegged as the Republican to beat. If his chief rival, Romney, wins more key states - especially California, where he has been surging in late polling - and more delegates, McCain's standing will suffer. Conservative commentator Pat Buchanan is right when he says that, "If Romney wins California, it's the comeback story of the night." 2.
Taxi driver robbed in armed stickup

Intel peddles pie in the sky
INTEL'S PAUL OTELLINI gave a CES keynote that had one new codeword, some tech that is much farther off than he hopes and a lot of older process technology news. We will skip the older stuff. The technology is based on the idea of a Star Trekish communicator, a little PDA that will translate voice on the fly. This may not surprise you, the tech is close to real, and probably will be available in the not hugely distant future. It may even be in PDA form before we all die of old age and ennuis. The part less likely to happen before the sun dies a heat death is the camera on the back translating everything that you take a picture of. The Chinese writing on the store menu might be possible, but tossing in contextual info based on pictures? Overlay it intelligently on video in realtime? Ummm, call me a skeptic......
JVC GR-D750
The final word: The GR-D750 is a solid little performer that punches well above its weight; offering impressive image quality for entry-level users. If you're on the lookout for a cheap miniDV camera, you could certainly do a lot worse than this. ON PAPER at least, the GR-D750 is the unmistakable runt of the JVC litter. With its low image resolution, rudimentary feature set and cheap looking design, we certainly weren't expecting much; yet it turns out that looks can be very deceiving. From its attractive price tag to its above average video performance, this is one of the best budget offerings we've seen in quite a while. It represents excellent value for money and is a perfect introduction to digital video - provided you can live without the bells and whistles. The GR-D750 is a standard-definition camcorder that records video to miniDV tapes.
